At Green Emerald, we take pride in the quality of our books and curated collections. Because many of our items are printed on demand or personally handled (such as signed editions and book boxes), we offer a limited return policy designed to be fair and flexible.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Once approved, we’ll offer you one of the following:

Other Returns & Exchanges

We typically do not accept returns on books unless they are damaged or incorrect. However, we understand that things happen. If you have a special circumstance (e.g., duplicate gifts, mistaken orders), please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We may offer:

  • Store credit for a future purchase
  • A return option (customer responsible for return shipping)

All returned items must be in unused, resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
